Our Training Philosophy

At Front Line Security & Allied Services, training is not a one-time event – it is a continuous process. Every guard, supervisor and officer goes through a carefully designed program combining classroom inputs, practical drills and on-the-job coaching.

A structured, three-stage training process for every security professional.

Pre-Induction Training

Before deployment at any site.

  • History, knowledge and working of organisation & client site.
  • Wearing and importance of a proper uniform.
  • Paying compliments & smart salute at attention.
  • Wishing clients and visiting staff.
  • Use of telephones, intercom and basic communication etiquette.
  • Use of electronic gadgets and security equipment.
  • Frisking procedures and access control basics.
  • Use of fire-fighting equipment and basic first aid.
  • Security of information, equipment and documents.
  • Use of batons, torches and whistles.

On-Job Training (OJT)

Conducted at the client site.

  • Use of various types of fire-fighting equipment.
  • Maintenance of documents, registers and logbooks.
  • Identification and handling of packets, parcels and consignments.
  • Accounting and issuing of security passes.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and special reports.
  • Issue of duties in writing to all staff as per post.
  • Good manners, etiquette and compliments in real situations.
  • Telephone conversation and message handling.
  • Gate control, vehicle movement and parking assistance.

Development & Refresher Training

Regular upgradation of skills.

  • Advanced use of batons, torches, lathis and whistles.

Physical & Educational Standards

Clear and consistent standards for Security Guards and Supervisors deployed at your site.

Security Supervisors
  • Minimum service experience: 2 years.
  • Educational Qualification: 12th pass.
  • Character: Exemplary; background verified.
  • Medical Category: AYE (medically fit).
  • Height: Minimum 175 cm.
  • Chest: 82–87 cm (as applicable).
  • Weight: Around 70 kg (proportionate to height).
  • Age: Up to 47 years.
  • Physically fit, mentally alert and computer literate where required.
Security Guards / Gunmen
  • Minimum service experience: 2 years.
  • Educational Qualification: 10th pass.
  • Character: Exemplary; background verified.
  • Medical Category: AYE (medically fit).
  • Height: Minimum 168 cm.
  • Chest: 82–87 cm (as applicable).
  • Weight: Around 60 kg (proportionate to height).
  • Age: Up to 47 years.
  • Ability to read and write basic English & Hindi.
  • Pleasing personality, well-mannered and well-behaved.
